1. Who we are
Ally Apps is a product line of Fusión Digital, based in Chile, operating the website allyapps.cl. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hola@allyapps.cl.
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate this site:
- Quote form: your name, email address and message, plus optional fields you choose to fill in (company, website, budget range).
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and troubleshooting. In our own quote database we store only a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP — never the address itself — used solely to prevent abuse.
This site uses no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The only cookie used is a technical session cookie inside our private administration area, which regular visitors never receive.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your quote request and follow up on your project (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To send you a one-time confirmation email of your request.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we will never sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except when required by law.
4. Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Quote requests are stored in an encrypted-in-transit, access-restricted database on our hosting server for allyapps.cl. Notification copies are delivered to our business email. We keep quote requests for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them.
5. Your rights
Under Chilean data protection law (Law No. 19.628 and Law No. 21.719 on the protection of personal data) — and, where applicable, the EU GDPR — you may at any time request:
- Access to the data we hold about you;
- Rectification of inaccurate data;
- Deletion of your data;
- Objection to a specific use of your data.

6. Data related to our Shopify products
Our Shopify theme and apps (Aula, Ally Apps Subscriptions, Ally Apps LMS) will each publish their own privacy documentation upon release, following Shopify's partner and API terms. This policy covers the allyapps.cl website only.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
