1. About this site
allyapps.cl is the commercial website of Ally Apps, a product line of Fusión Digital (Chile). By browsing this site or sending a quote request you accept these terms.
2. Informational content and product status
Product descriptions on this site — including the Aula theme, Ally Apps Subscriptions and Ally Apps LMS — describe products that may be in development, in review or in early access. Status labels are shown next to each product. Features, availability dates and prices are indicative and may change before release. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
3. Quotes
A quote request sent through this site is an invitation to discuss a project. A quote we send back is valid for the period indicated in it (by default 15 days) and only becomes binding when both parties confirm it in writing. Work, deliverables, payment terms and warranties are governed by the individual proposal or contract for each project.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no automated scraping of the quote form, no attempts to access restricted areas, no submitting unlawful, deceptive or abusive content. We may block traffic that abuses the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Ally Apps and Aula names, this site's design, code, text and imagery belong to Fusión Digital. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; Ally Apps is an independent studio and this site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify Inc. beyond participation in its partner ecosystem.
6. Liability
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fusión Digital is not liable for damages arising from the use of this informational site, including temporary unavailability or third-party link content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago de Chile, without prejudice to consumer rights that grant a different venue.
